Often results are visible with the first session but will improve further over the course of 6 treatments. Maximum results require at least 6-12 treatments per area depending on your size. However, most clients will lose 1-3 inches after only one treatment.

These procedures are permanent. However, the length of time that body shaping will last is totally up to you. How much you eat, your water intake, how much exercise you do will also affect your long-term results. It is recommended that you drink half your body weight in ounces of water starting 72 hours before your treatments and for 72 hours after, some form of cardio immediately after your treatments to facilitate the elimination process, wear a compression garment for 3 days after your treatment. For maximum results, it is recommended that you get at least 1 treatment every 72 hours but not more than a week apart for Cavi- Lipo, and I-Lipo 2 treatments per week. Also, a balanced diet and NO alcohol consumption is highly recommended.
